Job Description:

Our client, a leading main contractor specializing in industrial and hospital projects, is currently hiring for site management positions within the construction industry. Job Responsibility:

Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with project plans and timelines
Supervise site personnel, contractors, and subcontractors to maintain quality and safety standards
Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers for seamless communication and problem resolution
Monitor project progress, address delays, and conduct regular site inspections for quality and safety compliance
Manage project schedules, resource allocation, and material procurement to prevent delays
Maintain accurate documentation, including reports, permits, and safety records
Ensure health and safety protocols are followed, including conducting briefings and enforcing PPE use
Handle on-site issues, disputes, and client inquiries while ensuring expectations are met
Oversee budgeting and cost control to keep expenditures within allocated limits
Assist in project handover, final inspections, and certification upon completion

Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience in construction site supervision and site documentation
Good knowledge of construction methods, practices, and techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to read plans, and specifications
Good leadership and decision-making skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
