Job Description:

The Ideal candidates will come from a similar position within the construction industry and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment having constant communication with internal Project Managers and external vendors and subcontractors.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work in Progress reporting
  • Project job cost analysis
  • Creating and maintaining budgets
  • Entering change orders into the system
  • Tracking expenses related to labor, materials, subcontractors, and other costs for each job
  • Assist in Capital Expenditure budgeting

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience within the construction or contractor industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions
