Job Description:

The Ideal candidates will come from a similar position within the construction industry and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment having constant communication with internal Project Managers and external vendors and subcontractors.

Job Responsibility:

Work in Progress reporting
Project job cost analysis
Creating and maintaining budgets
Entering change orders into the system
Tracking expenses related to labor, materials, subcontractors, and other costs for each job
Assist in Capital Expenditure budgeting

Requirements:

2+ years of relevant experience within the construction or contractor industry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions
