Job Description:

A well-established and highly reputable Consultancy based in London is seeking an experienced and adaptable Construction Project Manager. This Consultancy prides itself on delivering bespoke and high-quality services to a diverse range of projects within the Commercial, Education, Hospitality, and Residential sectors.

Job Responsibility:

Manage projects across various sectors: Commercial, Education, Hospitality, and Residential
Tailor project management delivery to meet specific client needs
Handle projects at any RIBA stage, ensuring successful project progression and completion
Engage confidently with clients, maintaining strong relationships and clear communication
Implement best practice processes and procedures, adapting them to suit individual project requirements

Requirements:

Preferably chartered (RICS, CIOB, APM, etc.)
At least 3 years of post-qualifying experience within a consultancy setting
Confident in client interactions and maintaining client relationships
Capable of handling projects at any RIBA stage
Holds a degree in Project Management or an equivalent qualification
Demonstrates a flexible and adaptable approach to project management
