Job Description:

A leading independent Construction Consultancy in London, known for its focus on delivering world-class service, is seeking an ambitious and dedicated Construction Project Manager. This role is perfect for a dynamic and team-oriented individual with experience in high-value construction projects across various sectors of the built environment, including commercial, office, residential, arts, and heritage.

Job Responsibility:

Manage and deliver high-value developments across various sectors of the built environment
Operate independently, taking initiative in project management
Employ strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to overcome project obstacles
Demonstrate a personal commitment to delivering excellent client service
Maintain positive engagement in all aspects of work
Communicate effectively, managing client relationships and expectations

Requirements:

Degree qualified in a construction-related discipline
Experience in managing and delivering high-value developments, with a focus on built environment within a Consultancy
Ideally Chartered MRICS or working towards achieving
Ability to work independently and on own initiative
Strategic thinker with broad problem-solving skills
Committed to delivering excellent client service
Positive attitude with a willingness to get involved
Strong communication skills and experience in a client-focused environment
