Job Description:

A revolutionary and reputable Consultancy in London is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in residential projects. This is an exceptional opportunity for a Chartered Project Manager to join a forward-thinking team, contributing to our reputation for excellence in the industry.

Job Responsibility:

Managing residential projects with a consultancy-led approach
Acting as an Employer’s Agent, providing guidance and oversight throughout the project lifecycle
Leading projects in a post-contract PM/Employer’s Agent role
Coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution

Requirements:

Chartered status (RICS, APM, ICE, or equivalent)
Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
Demonstrable experience as a project lead in post-contract Project Management/Employer’s Agent roles
Track record of successful delivery in residential projects
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
