Job Description:

We are seeking savvy and skilled individuals to join our diverse team of Contact Centre Agents. The role involves handling guest inquiries and complaints, collaborating with other departments, and providing excellent customer service.

Job Responsibility:

Listen and respond to guests 24/7
Proactively resolve guest complaints
Collaborate with other TUI departments

Requirements:

Right to work in Spain
Fluent in Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish
Communicational English
Ideally another European language
Efficient & organized
Problem solver
Multitasker
Good listener
Stays calm under pressure
Able to learn quickly
Strong verbal & written skills
Flexible shift patterns including rotating daytime and occasional night shifts
