Job Description:

We are seeking a meticulous and patient individual to join our growing team as a Content Moderator. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining a safe and positive online environment by reviewing and moderating video content from a leading social media platform.

Job Responsibility:

Analyze video content to ensure compliance with established guidelines
Accurately tag videos based on content analysis and predefined categories
Maintain high levels of accuracy and consistency in decision-making
Navigate and utilize internal tools and resources effectively
Proactively identify and report any issues or concerns
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

Requirements:

Proficiency in German C1 and English C1
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Patience and ability to handle repetitive tasks effectively
Strong work ethic and commitment to quality
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
