We are in search of a meticulous Contracts Administrator to be a part of our team. Operating from Boston, Massachusetts, the Contracts Administrator will be expected to manage customer contracts, maintain precise records, and handle customer inquiries. This role is a long term contract employment opportunity.
Job Responsibility:
Administer customer contracts, ensuring they are processed accurately and efficiently
ascertain the maintenance of precise customer contract records
review and extract vital terms from various contracts, organizing and escalating them as necessary
utilize Adobe Acrobat for document review and amendments
experience with SharePoint administration and construction of contract-related content
perform auditing and billing functions as part of contract administration
ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions
use CRM and Deltek Costpoint for managing contracts and customer relationships
liaise with DCAA for contract-related matters
undertake contract amendments as and when required
Requirements:
Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat to manage and edit PDF documents
knowledge of Costpoint for project accounting
experience with CRM for managing company's relationships and interactions with clients
familiarity with DCAA for audit and financial advisory services
skills in using Deltek for enterprise software and information solutions
ability to handle amendments, ensuring contract terms and conditions are met
auditing skills to examine the correctness of accounts and records
experience with billing functions, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing
must be able to ensure compliance with all regulations and laws
knowledge of construction industry would be advantageous
proficiency in SharePoint for secure document management
experience with SharePoint Administration for managing SharePoint's functionality
must be able to perform document review to ensure accuracy and completeness
experience in Contract Administration, overseeing the specific mandates in a contract
