Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Attorney with at least 3+ years of contracts experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various corporate contracts, including NDAs, vendor agreements, and corporate transactional contracts. This role requires strong editing and proofreading skills to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal and business requirements.

Job Responsibility:

Draft, review, and negotiate NDAs, vendor contracts, and corporate transactional agreements
Ensure contracts align with company policies and regulatory requirements
Provide legal guidance on contract interpretation and risk mitigation strategies
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external parties to facilitate contract execution
Conduct legal research and stay updated on contract law trends and best practices
Maintain contract databases and track key deadlines

Requirements:

J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar admission in any U.S. state
3+ years of experience in contract law, corporate transactions, or a related legal field
Exceptional editing and proofreading skills to ensure contract accuracy
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously
Ability to work in a hybrid role (primarily in-office) in Baltimore’s Harbor East area
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
