Job Description:

They are looking for a dynamic and highly organised Contract Manager to oversee all aspects of contract management in the field of facilities maintenance. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of services, maintaining client relationships, and optimising contract performance. Job Responsibility:

Manage and administer facilities management contracts, ensuring compliance with all terms and conditions
Oversee the full contract life cycle, from negotiation and execution to performance monitoring and closure
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met or exceeded
Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, procurement, and finance, to ensure seamless contract execution
Monitor and evaluate service performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions when necessary
Conduct regular contract reviews and provide reporting to senior management
Negotiate contract renewals and amendments, as required
Ensure all contracts comply with legal and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities Maintenance, with a strong emphasis on contract management
Technically qualified either electrically or mechanically
Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team
