Job Description:

The Controller will oversee the accounting department, supervise a team of five, review balance sheet account reconciliations, assist with payroll and sales tax reporting, prepare various support schedules, support the annual audit, ensure the non-profit organization is in compliance, and assist with other administrative duties as needed.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee the accounting department
Assist with the annual single-audit
Prepare grant schedules and reports
Reconcile accounts and prepare financial statements
Ensure company is in compliance with regulatory agencies
Complete the month-end close process

Requirements:

4+ years of non-profit accounting experience
Experience with grants and single audits
Knowledge and use of AMS platforms, a plus
CPA, required

Nice to have:

Knowledge and use of AMS platforms
