Job Description:

This role involves managing a variety of accounting functions, implementing new processes, and overseeing the accumulation and consolidation of financial data.

Job Responsibility:

Manage the processing of customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency
Keep detailed records of customer credit
Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner
Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions as required
Evaluate and enhance current accounting operations, implementing new processes where necessary
Assess and improve accounting and internal control systems
Develop and monitor metrics to measure business performance
Manage the coordination and preparation of internal and external financial statements
Coordinate the activities of external auditors
Provide vital information to management for decision-making processes
Manage budget processes within the organization
Oversee regulatory reporting, including tax planning and compliance
Secure, train, and retain competent accounting staff on a permanent basis

Requirements:

Proficient in Accounting Software Systems
Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
Knowledge of Crystal Reports
Able to manage comprehensive Accounting Functions
Familiarity with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
Experience with Auditing in the metal fabrication industry
Proficient in Budget Processes and financial planning
Expertise in Financial Statement Preparation
Ability to manage and assess Balance Sheets
Experience in preparing Income Statements
Strong skills in Financial Reporting
Experience in the metal fabrication industry is preferred
