Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Controller for our team based in the East Windsor, New Jersey area. In this role, you will be managing financial operations and HR-related tasks. You will be accountable for managing the general ledger, handling inventory, financial reporting, and maintaining accurate employee data. This role is also responsible for being the primary point of contact for IT support, which is outsourced to a third party.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee all accounting operations
Craft Financial Statements
Manage the General Ledger
Prepare journal entries
Spearhead budget creation
Deliver monthly financial management reports
Record daily raw material consumption
Maximize Microsoft Navision Dynamics Business Central 365
Manage banking operations
Handle online customer credit card payments
Collaborate with external auditors
Supervise Accounts Payable/Receptionist Associate and Accounts Receivable/Billing Associate
Manage state filings
Partner with General Manager and CEO
Manage payroll operations
Oversee employee benefits
Serve as a resource for employee relations
Maintain personnel records
Track employee attendance
Partner with third-party IT vendors
Troubleshoot IT hardware issues

Requirements:

Proficiency in using 3M
Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems
Experience with ADP - Financial Services
Familiarity with CRM
Ability to work with Crystal Reports
Wide-ranging knowledge of Accounting Functions
Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP)
Proficiency in handling Accounts Receivable (AR)
Skilled in Auditing
Experience in managing Budget Processes
