Job Description:

We are in search of a Controller for our manufacturing client east of Pittsburgh. The role involves overseeing financial statements, managing close processes, preparing budgets, ensuring compliance, collaborating with auditors, leading the accounting team, and partnering with other departments.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee the preparation of financial statements
Manage month-end and year-end close processes
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Collaborate with auditors
Lead and mentor the accounting team
Partner with other departments to analyze financial data

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
CPA a plus
Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance
Strong understanding of manufacturing operations
