Job Description:

The Controller will be responsible for overseeing the accounting functions, managing corporate and partnership taxes, and ensuring control over financial procedures. This role is an integral part of our team and plays a vital role in maintaining the financial health and integrity of our operations.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee and manage all accounting operations to ensure accuracy and compliance with established financial regulations and standards
Develop and implement effective accounting control measures to prevent inaccuracies in financial statements
Coordinate and manage corporate tax planning and compliance to minimize tax liabilities and ensure compliance with tax regulations
Facilitate and manage partnership tax planning and compliance to ensure accurate tax reporting and efficient tax management
Monitor and review financial data, track financial performance, and prepare reports on financial performance for management review
Collaborate with other team members to improve financial procedures, improve financial control, and achieve financial objectives
Provide guidance on financial decisions by applying company policies and managing the financial systems
Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors and accountants
Participate in the development and support of the company's strategic plans by providing financial insights and analysis
Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations to ensure compliance and company's competitive edge in the market

Requirements:

Proven proficiency in Accounting Control
Demonstrable expertise in managing all Accounting Functions
Extensive experience with Corporate Tax matters
In-depth knowledge of Partnership Tax procedures
