Job Description:

This role will play a critical part in managing financial and accounting operations to ensure the fiscal stability of our commercial real estate business.

Job Responsibility:

Implement efficient workflows to manage multiple entities
Administer property taxes and insurance-related activities
Oversee all month-end reconciliations and year-end financial closings
Supervise and mentor Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable staff
Establish and maintain robust organizational systems
Coordinate banking operations
Manage cash flow and devise optimal cash management strategies
Collaborate with senior management to align financial operations with the organization’s objectives

Requirements:

Comprehensive understanding and experience with general Accounting Functions
Ability to manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) effectively
Previous experience in Auditing
Familiarity with Budget Processes
Proficiency in Yardi
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
Experience in Month End Close processes
Knowledge in CAM Reconciliation
