Job Description:

As a Controller in our manufacturing sector, you will play a pivotal role in evaluating and implementing financial objectives, managing accounts, ensuring compliance, and delivering accurate reports. This role offers an exciting opportunity for you to make a significant impact on our financial performance.

Job Responsibility:

Evaluate and provide recommendations on both short-term and long-term financial objectives
Oversee all aspects of accounting within the organization
Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive job cost system
Ensure effective measures for financial and HR compliance
Deliver timely and accurate analysis of accounts, P& L, budgets, and financial trends
Complete financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
Take comprehensive inventory at the end of each month and adjust electronic inventory for accuracy
Report weekly cash positions and balance account registers
Prepare reports of sales figures for the prior month of the current year and the previous year
Determine commission payments for the sales force based on quarterly sales figures

Requirements:

Minimum of 7 years' experience in a similar role
Proven experience in the manufacturing industry
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
Master's degree or CPA is preferred
Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Proficiency in accounting software
Strong financial analysis capabilities
