Job Description:

The Controller will be responsible for preparing financial packages, overseeing accounting staff, performing month-end close duties, providing variance analysis, and more.

Job Responsibility:

Preparing the financial packages for ownership
Overseeing a small accounting staff
Performing the month-end close duties
Providing variance analysis and recommendations
Performing bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations
Review accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
Ad hoc reporting as needed

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
10+ years of accounting experience
Residential property management accounting experience
3+ years of supervisory experience
Property management software experience (Yardi, MRI or AppFolio)
