Job Description:

The Controller should have a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and 8+ years of experience. The Controller should have management experience (this person will be managing 5 direct reports). The Controller should have strong GAAP experience and experience with putting procedures in place. Any Controller with Manufacturing experience will have a strong preference.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
8+ years of experience
Management experience (managing 5 direct reports)
Strong GAAP experience
Experience with putting procedures in place
Manufacturing experience preferred
Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role
Experience with Accounting Software Systems
In-depth understanding of Accounting Functions
Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)
Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)
Strong auditing skills
Familiarity with Budget Processes
Comprehensive knowledge of GAAP Accounting
Understanding and application of US GAAP
