Job Description:

In this role, you will be tasked with an array of financial management duties, such as corporate accounting, regulatory, and financial reporting, along with the creation of internal control policies and procedures. Your contribution will be crucial in maintaining the financial wellness of the organization while ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and laws.

Job Responsibility:

Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and oversee all financial operations
Establish and maintain internal control measures to protect company assets and ensure regulatory compliance
Lead the finance team, promoting a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
Manage the creation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with GAAP
Spearhead the annual budget and forecast process, and track performance against the budget
Analyze financial information and provide insights to aid decision-making and strategic planning
Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and other stakeholders
Oversee cash flow, manage banking relationships, and handle financing activities
Evaluate and enhance financial processes and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Manage all audit preparation aspects, including coordinating and providing audit schedules, workpapers, and supporting documentation to external auditors

Requirements:

Demonstrated proficiency in 3M usage
Familiarity with a variety of Accounting Software Systems
Experience with ADP - Financial Services
Proficient in CRM utilization
Knowledge of Crystal Reports
Ability to manage all Accounting Functions
Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP)
Proficiency in managing Accounts Receivable (AR)
Solid background in Auditing
Familiarity with Budget Processes
Ability to use Excel Formulas effectively
