Requirements:

Prepare and analyze financial statements
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
Prepare journal entries and review accounting classifications
Maintain capital assets record keeping files
Coordinate and support external audits
Assist with tax filings and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government tax requirements
Analyze financial data to identify trends and potential areas for improvement
Supervise and mentor staff
Provide training and support to ensure team members adhere to accounting principles and company procedures
