Job Description:

The Controller will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions, monitoring cash flow, overseeing budgets and forecasts, maintaining accurate financial records, and providing insights and recommendations to senior management.

Job Responsibility:

Manage all aspects of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions
Monitor cash flow and provide recommendations to improve liquidity and profitability
Oversee the preparation of budgets and forecasts, and track performance against them
Maintain accurate financial records by reviewing and reconciling accounts
Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial performance, trends, and forecasts
Oversee daily cash management, including monitoring bank accounts and managing working capital

Requirements:

7+ years of accounting experience
Real estate, hospitality, non-profit, or multi-entity accounting experience is nice to have, but not required
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business is nice to have, but not required
QuickBooks experience is nice to have, but not required

Nice to have:
