Job Description:

This role involves overseeing tax and regulatory reporting, supervising a staff, and requires banking experience. The workplace is onsite, providing a dynamic and collaborative work environment.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee tax and regulatory reporting, ensuring compliance with all industry standards
Supervise a team, promoting efficient and effective task completion
Leverage accounting software systems, to streamline processes
Facilitate auditing and budget processes, ensuring financial accuracy and adherence to fiscal guidelines
Manage accounting functions, including accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
Utilize CRM and Crystal Reports to track and analyze customer data
Oversee month-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
Implement and maintain accounting procedures and controls to ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance

Requirements:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role or related field
Comprehensive knowledge of Accounting Functions including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
Auditing experience
Experience in Budget Processes
Knowledge of Regulatory Reporting and Month End Close procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
Relevant professional certifications such as CPA or CMA are a plus
