Job Description:

This role will focus on maintaining financial records, managing grants, and maintaining relationships with funders in a non-profit setting. This is a contract position that offers a hybrid work environment.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee and manage the entire accounting functions including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software systems
Regularly review and analyze financial statements
Play a key role in budget processes and strategic planning
Monitor cash flows on a daily basis and ensure all filings are completed on time
Manage grants, including vouchering the grants
Work closely with business partners and maintain relationships with funders
Use CRM and Crystal Reports to track and report on financial data
Conduct regular audits to ensure financial accuracy
Train new staff members on accounting functions and software usage

Requirements:

Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
Experience with ADP - Financial Services
Familiarity with CRM
Ability to use Crystal Reports
Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions
Ability to manage Accounts Payable (AP)
Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)
Knowledge of Auditing procedures
Understanding of Budget Processes
Ability to Analyze Financial Statements
Experience with Financial Statement preparation
Skills in Financial Statements Consolidation
Proficiency in managing General Ledger
Experience in Annual Budget preparation
