Our client, a dynamic international NGO, is looking for a visionary Controller to spearhead their accounting organization across multiple countries. Job Responsibility:

Lead global accounting operations—ensuring accuracy, compliance, and streamlined processes across multiple countries
Drive financial reporting —delivering timely insights that empower key strategic decisions
Champion technology & automation—enhancing financial systems for efficiency, scalability, and transparency
Strengthen internal controls & risk management—safeguarding assets and ensuring operational excellence
Develop & mentor a world-class finance team—empowering professionals across different regions to thrive and grow
Partner with senior leadership—shaping financial strategies and optimizing cash flow for maximum impact

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
CPA with an audit foundation
Minimum 8 years of experience, including international experience
Successful track record within the NFP industry, showcasing technical expertise in GAAP and/or IFRS accounting policy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
