Job Description:

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Controller, based in Endicott, New York. As a Controller, your main role will be to supervise the financial team and their work, assist with the implementation of the general ledger, and perform some tax work. You will also be responsible for financial reporting, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and end-of-month tasks. This role can be performed 100% remotely, making it suitable for candidates located on the East Coast.

Job Responsibility:

Supervise the financial team and their work
Assist with the implementation of the general ledger
Perform some tax work
Provide financial reporting
Support budgeting and forecasting
Carry out end-of-month tasks
Monitor and manage customer accounts
Process customer credit applications
Maintain accurate customer credit records
Use Sage Intacct for all financial processes and procedures

Requirements:

Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services
Knowledge of CRM tools
Ability to use Crystal Reports
Must be skilled in various Accounting Functions
Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP)
Competence in managing Accounts Receivable (AR)
Auditing skills
Familiarity with Budget Processes
Experience with Sage Intacct

Experience with Sage Intacct
