Requirements:

Proven experience in financial management and accounting
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Expertise in financial reporting, tax preparation, payroll processing, and compliance
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with all levels of the organization
A passion for accuracy and continuous improvement

Nice to have:
