Job Description:

The individual in this role will be instrumental in managing the company's financial operations, with a particular focus on contract manufacturing. The Controller will also be responsible for developing and maintaining accurate standard costing systems, providing strategic financial insights, and building scalable financial processes to support our growth objectives.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee the implementation and enhancement of ERP systems to improve integration and reporting capabilities
Lead the financial management of the company, which includes budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis
Collaborate with operational and supply chain teams to optimize cost structures and improve efficiency
Develop and maintain standard costing systems that align with the requirements of contract manufacturing operations
Provide detailed cost analyses and financial insights to aid leadership in decision-making during the company's expansion phase
Foster growth and alignment within the accounting, finance, and reporting teams to match company objectives
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and best practices in financial management
Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, monthly reports, and variance analyses to ensure business goals are met

Requirements:

Minimum of 7 years of experience in a Controller role or similar capacity
Proficiency in the usage of 3M is required
Familiarity with Accounting Software Systems is a must
ADP - Financial Services knowledge is expected
Should be able to use CRM effectively
Experience with Crystal Reports is necessary
Demonstrated ability to handle Accounting Functions
Practical knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) is required
Experience in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) is crucial
Proven experience in Auditing is a requirement
Should be adept at managing Budget Processes
