Job Responsibility:

Oversee and direct the organization's controllership functions to ensure its financial procedures are in line with the set standards and regulations
Utilize Sage Intacct software for various financial operations and reporting
Leverage Excel formulas to simplify and automate financial tasks and reporting
Show organizational leadership by guiding the team towards achieving financial goals and objectives
Plan, execute, and oversee project management tasks to ensure efficient and effective operations
Demonstrate leadership skills by mentoring and motivating the team to perform at their best
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency
Collaborate with other departments to develop strategies for financial growth
Identify and address financial risks and opportunities for the company

Requirements:

Proficiency in controllership functions, with a demonstrable track record of managing financial activities within an organization
Strong skills in Excel formulas, with the ability to manipulate, analyze, and interpret complex data sets
Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide, motivate, and inspire team members towards achieving organizational goals
Experience in organisational leadership, with the ability to design and implement strategic plans and oversee business operations
Expertise in project management, with a proven ability to oversee and deliver projects on time and within budget
Proficiency in using Sage Intacct for financial management and operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
