Job Description:

This role focuses on full cycle accounting, budgeting and forecasting, with an emphasis on supporting company growth.

Job Responsibility:

Manage and oversee the full cycle accounting process
Participate in investor calls and manage investment relations
Maintain quality of earnings and financial metrics
Utilize Greenway and QuickBooks for various financial operations
Handle the controllership duties in an efficient manner
Monitor and manage cash flow within the organization
Execute budgeting and forecasting activities to support company growth
Carry out financial audits to ensure accuracy and transparency in financial reporting
Engage in healthcare industry-specific financial practices

Requirements:

Minimum of 7 years experience in a similar role
Proficiency in Full Cycle Accounting is mandatory
Must have experience in Budgeting and Forecasting
Knowledge of the Healthcare Industry is highly preferred
Familiarity with Audit and Financial procedures
Experience in using Greenway software
Proficiency in QuickBooks is required
Prior experience in Controllership is essential
