Job Description:

In the entertainment/non-profit industry, this role is instrumental in monitoring financial activities, managing accounting functions, and ensuring the accuracy of financial records.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee the utilization of various Accounting Software Systems
Manage and supervise all accounting functions including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
Regularly conduct auditing to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data
Handle the company's budget processes
Coordinate with various stakeholders locally and across the country regarding financial information
Own month end close and prepared consolidated financial statements
Prepare budget and perform variance analysis
Respond to financial inquiries, providing accurate and timely information

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree
strong staff management experience
10+ years including at least 3 years as a Controller of an organization with multiple entities/locations
