Job Description:

As a Controller, you will be tasked with overseeing financial operations, managing budgets, and interfacing with external auditors. Your role will also involve managing general ledger entries, preparing financial statements, and utilizing large ERP systems.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee the monthly accounting operations
Prepare financial statements for review
Manage general ledger entries and ensure their accuracy
Develop and maintain budgets and forecasts
Handle month and year-end processes efficiently
Liaise with external auditors as required
Leverage advanced Excel skills for data management and analysis
Manage financial transactions and records using Accounting Software Systems such as QuickBooks and Dynamics 365 Business Central
Ensure optimal utilization of accounting functions and maintain up-to-date financial records
Oversee year-end closing process

Requirements:

Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions
Prior experience in Auditing
Familiarity with Budget Processes
Ability to prepare Financial Statements
Knowledge of General Ledger
Expertise in QuickBooks
Experience with Quickbooks Online
Competence in executing Year End Closings
Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Business Central
