Job Description:

Are you a CPA professional with full-cycle accounting experience, skilled in managing high-volume, multi-company (intercompany) transactions? Do you excel in a dynamic role that requires both meticulous attention to month-end processes and strong operational acumen? Have you worked in a mid-sized business with significant transaction volume, taking pride in meeting deadlines and streamlining processes? This is a great opportunity for an Accounting Manager or an Assistant Controller to take their next step towards becoming a Controller.

Job Responsibility:

Month end close
Financial reporting
Cash flow management
Budgeting, forecasting
Audit preparation
Tax compliance
Lead and mentor a team

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in finance or accounting
CPA designation preferred (later stages pursuing will be considered)
Strong knowledge of ASPE
Exceptional communication skills and business partnering required
Experience and aptitude for a high volume environment with intercompany experience
Proven full cycle experience in Accounting
Prior experience mentoring and leading a team
