Job Description:

Westside-based client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Controller to join their growing team. This role will provide hands-on leadership and oversight of the Accounting, Human Resources and IT functions.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee and manage all accounting functions within the organization
Maintain the general ledger for accuracy and completeness
Lead budget processes and financial planning initiatives
Prepare and analyze financial statements for internal and external use
Implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations
Collaborate with other departments to streamline accounting operations
Assist with annual audit processes and liaise with external auditors
Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance financial visibility and control
Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision making.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
7+ years in a managerial role with 3+ years in Public Accounting, ideally as a Staff or Senior Auditor
Strong knowledge of multi-company financial management and intercompany transactions
CPA, strongly preferred
Experience in multi-entity businesses
Familiarity with financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls.
