Job Description:

We are seeking a Controller to join our team and oversee the financial health of our operations. This position is pivotal to the company’s success, and you’ll have the unique opportunity to work directly with our owners—a father and his two sons—on strategic financial planning and business growth.

Job Responsibility:

Full Oversight of Accounting Operations
Month-End Close Process
Financial Preparation and Strategic Collaboration

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required
A minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role
CPA preferred but not required
Agriculture industry experience is a plus
Proficiency in QuickBooks is required

Nice to have:

Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with owners and team members
A proactive and solution-driven mindset
