Job Description:

The Controller will play a significant role in overseeing the entire accounting operations, ensuring the timely delivery of accurate financial data that will support decision-making processes at both executive and operational levels. This role is particularly critical in a high-growth environment, with responsibilities ranging from acquisition integration to ERP implementation and process optimization.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee daily accounting operations
Lead the month-end and year-end close processes
Prepare accurate financial statements
Develop new processes and controls
Collaborate with IT and operations
Support financial due diligence
Standardize reporting and processes
Lead the annual budgeting process
Provide financial analysis
Monitor cash flow
Maintain and enforce internal controls
Coordinate with external auditors
Assist in managing insurance, banking, and other external relationships
Work closely with operational teams

Requirements:

Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role
