Job Description:

The Controller will be instrumental in ensuring the financial well-being of the organization, with responsibilities spanning from processing customer applications, maintaining accurate customer records, to resolving customer inquiries. In this role, you will also oversee customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.

Job Responsibility:

Perform monthly and yearly closes
Produce financial statements
Analyze financial metrics and performance ratios
Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action
Manage the integration of contracts into NetSuite using accrual-based, project-based principles
Oversee business operations including the drafting and execution of statements of work, contract renewals, and amendments
Streamline and overhaul work processes and systems
Interact with sales team and clients, and participate in client meetings and negotiations
Leverage expertise in NetSuite to educate stakeholders about system capabilities and reporting

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Experience in creating financial reports and statements
Proficiency in accounting software, particularly with NetSuite
High level of organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
