Job Description:

As a Controller, you will be entrusted with the management of the company's financial operations and will play a crucial role in ensuring accuracy in reporting, creating strategies for financial performance optimization, and supporting business objectives.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee the smooth operation of all accounting functions
Ensure the preparation and analysis of financial statements are carried out accurately and in compliance with GAAP and other relevant regulations
Develop and implement robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and prevent fraudulent activities
Handle the management of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to provide strategic decision-making support
Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and key financial performance metrics
Ensure the organization complies with all tax laws, audits, and regulatory requirements
Liaise effectively with external auditors, tax professionals, and financial institutions as required
Evaluate and enhance financial systems, processes, and reporting mechanisms to improve efficiency
Provide valuable financial insights and recommendations to the executive leadership team
Lead and mentor the accounting team, promoting a culture of accountability and efficiency

Requirements:

Bachelors in Accounting or equivalent
CPA or MBA is an asset
