Requirements:

Significant experience (8+ years) in Finance & Financial Reporting, ideally within a multinational company
Proven experience developing and implementing internal controls and SOX compliance programs
Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis to support recommendations
Experience leading projects and teams and a demonstrated ability to influence decision-making
Experience working in a matrix environment and collaborating effectively across functions and regions
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Japanese
Expertise in US GAAP and ideally, local GAAP
Experience with SAP is highly desired
Experience with post-merger integration of acquired companies is a plus
A high level of integrity and commitment to ethical business practices
