Job Description:

A Conveyancing Assistant is wanted for a fantastic opportunity with a Top National law firm in Solihull. Applications are invited from Conveyancing Assistants looking for an opportunity to utilise their skills and move their careers on in a supportive working environment. Salary is upwards of £27K and negotiable, depending on experience and comes with excellent benefits.

Job Responsibility:

Assist experienced Residential Property Solicitor
handle caseload of sales & purchases
manage re-mortgages
administer transfers of equity
coordinate right to buy processes

Requirements:

At least 2 years experience assisting on a caseload from start to finish
