Job Description:

A Conveyancing Assistant is wanted for a fantastic opportunity with a Top National law firm in Central Birmingham. Salary is upwards of £27K negotiable, depending on experience, and comes with excellent benefits.

Job Responsibility:

Work closely with an experienced Residential Property Solicitor on high value properties
Handle a caseload including sales & purchase, re-mortgage, transfers of equity, right to buy from start to finish

Requirements:

At least 2 years experience assisting on a caseload from start to finish
