Job Description:

My client is a well known firm with a national client base. They are known for both residential, commercial and social housing work and this caseload would be a mix of traditional sales and purchase and also new build work. You'd be joining a very settled team with excellent knowledge of the ups and downs of the property market and they are technically very good also, having come across all manner of issues previously. It's a very professional team with outstanding salaries and benefits on offer. Not just that it's just a really really good team.

Job Responsibility:

mix of traditional sales and purchase and also new build work
working on behalf of national homebuilder clients and new build plot sales development clients
keeping all parties informed of timescales
working to deadlines

Requirements:

previous experience within plot sales
motivated to work on behalf of national homebuilder clients and new build plot sales development clients
excellent client communication skills
ability to keep all parties informed of timescales
thrive working to deadlines
commitment to live and work in the Bristol area
