Job Description:

As a Conveyancing Solicitor/Conveyancer, you will manage a diverse caseload of residential property transactions. You will be responsible for advising clients on all legal aspects of property transactions, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from start to finish.

Job Responsibility:

Handling a range of conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, transfers, and remortgages
Managing client relationships, providing expert legal advice, and keeping them informed throughout the process
Liaising with estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other third parties
Drafting and reviewing contracts, leases, and other legal documents
Ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case management records

Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive with conveyancing experience
Strong understanding of residential and/or commercial property law
Excellent communication and client management skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
A proactive and problem-solving approach to conveyancing
