Job Description:

Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation standards. Operate kitchen equipment and ensure food quality. Follow safety and security policies, maintain a professional appearance, and support team goals.

Job Responsibility:

Prepare ingredients for cooking
Wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables
Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients
Prepare and cook food according to recipes
Operate kitchen equipment
Monitor food quality
Set-up and break down work station
Serve food in proper portions
Wash and disinfect kitchen area
Follow safety and security policies
Report maintenance needs
Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
Maintain confidentiality
Speak with others using clear and professional language
Develop and maintain positive working relationships
Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
