Job Description:

Are you an administrative professional with previous experience within a corporate environment? Have you been responsible for supporting filing, mail, documentation, and client service activities? Are you looking for an opportunity to further develop your skills within a leading organization? If so, we have an excellent opportunity for you! We are currently looking for a Copy Clerk to support our client's Toronto, ON office (working on site). In this role you will work full time hours on a 6 month assignment, and earn a pay rate of $22.00 per hour.

Job Responsibility:

  • Operating Xerox Copier equipment and software
  • Utilizing equipment required for copying and binding projects
  • Organizing the workload of various jobs simultaneously (reports, proposals, presentations, and course materials) to produce quality output and meet client deadlines
  • Receiving, reviewing, and proofreading graphic presentations, reports, and proposals
  • Copying and binding various client documents using specialized equipment within the Centre
  • Responding to customer inquiries on all jobs submitted to the Centre via PremierOffice and providing the client with status reports on any jobs that might be delayed
  • Checking all incoming/outgoing jobs for accuracy and quality
  • Maintaining an inventory of binding and copier supplies (i.e. cerlox spines, covers, paper, toner) to ensure all necessary supplies are available in the department
  • Making service calls for all copiers and ordering supplies as needed
  • Assisting other areas in Office Services when required
  • Photocopying and scanning documents as required

Requirements:

  • High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Must be familiar with Outlook and Teams
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities
  • Exercises discretion when dealing with confidential information
  • Detail-focused with the ability to complete tasks with limited supervision
  • Ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment
  • Exhibits professionalism
  • High school diploma required, or 3+ years related experience in a printing/office services environment
