Job Description:

The role involves handling various accounting tasks, maintaining financial records, and ensuring efficient processing of accounts.

Job Responsibility:

Efficiently process and maintain all account reconciliations
Perform balance sheet reconciliation to ensure accuracy
Handle bank reconciliations to monitor financial transactions
Manage the general ledger, ensuring all entries are accurate and up-to-date
Prepare and record detailed journal entries
Utilize Microsoft Excel for various accounting tasks and reporting
Assist in the month-end close process, ensuring all financial data is recorded
Handle financial consolidations and prepare consolidated financial statements

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
Thorough understanding of Account Reconciliation
Ability to perform Balance Sheet Reconciliation with precision
Proficiency in Bank Reconciliations
Expertise in managing General Ledger
Experience in preparing Journal Entries
Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel
Skilled in handling Month End Close tasks
Experience with NetSuite software is a significant advantage
Experience in Consolidations

Nice to have:

Experience with NetSuite software
