Job Description:

Requirements:

Draft a variety of corporate and commercial documents and agreements
Update company books and statutory registers, including submitting filings to Companies House
Conduct research to address any legal issues that arise
Carry out administrative tasks such as opening files, conducting client due diligence, and preparing documents
Attend meetings with clients and stakeholders, both remotely and in person

Nice to have:

A strong academic background and, if appropriate, the completion of the Legal Practice Course (LPC) or an equivalent qualification
Excellent communication skills and a willingness to work with and adopt new technologies and innovations
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and experience with legal research tools (e.g., Practical Law, LexisNexis)
