Job Description:

The Corporate Controller will play a hands-on role with the monthly and annual close process as well as the month-end close process. Previous experience managing a team of 15+ is desired, in addition to a proven track record of helping to promote junior staff. Previous experience with consolidations of multiple divisions and lines of service. The Corporate Controller will have exposure to every level of management throughout the organization including presentations to the board of directors.

Job Responsibility:

Play a hands-on role with the monthly and annual close process
Manage the AP & AR processes
Work closely with AP and AR teams
Have exposure to every level of management including presentations to the board of directors

Requirements:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role as Controller
Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is required
Must have experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
Demonstrated experience in Auditing
Proficient in Budget Processes
Ability to prepare and analyze Consolidated Financial Statements
Familiarity with Acquisition Integration
Knowledge and experience in managing the General Ledger
Proven track record in Accounting management
