Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Corporate Employee Benefits Consultant to join one our growing clients. As a key member of their team, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of large corporate and SME clients, delivering comprehensive health, risk, and wellbeing solutions that align with their strategic objectives.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and maintain expertise across health and wellbeing products and services
Lead client relationships, ensuring tailored advice and solutions align with their business goals
Proactively identify opportunities to expand service offerings and drive new business development
Embed best practices in treating customers fairly and ensuring their best interests are always at the forefront
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes
Ensure all transactions adhere to FCA compliance requirements and company policies
Act as a strategic partner to corporate clients, helping them design, implement, and optimize their employee benefits strategies
Develop and manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
Take responsibility for personal professional development and support the development of junior consultants
Share insights and expertise within the team to foster a high-performance culture

Requirements:

Holder of Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) module IF7 (Healthcare) or studying to achieve this qualification
Group Risk module GR1 or studying to achieve this qualification
Ability to develop and execute client-centric strategies that drive long-term engagement
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work autonomously
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
