Seeking a Corporate Litigation Associate Attorney to join our team in Wilmington, Delaware. As a key member of our legal team, you will be heavily involved in dealing with complex corporate litigation cases and working on high profile, cutting-edge matters.
Job Responsibility:
Conduct extensive legal research and analysis to support litigation efforts
Craft comprehensive and precise legal documents such as complaints, answers, and motions
Manage discovery requests and responses efficiently
Utilize strong writing skills to draft briefs and other litigation-related documents
Maintain a high level of detail-oriented conduct and adhere to court protocols
Actively participate in court proceedings and represent clients effectively
Requirements:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active member in good standing with the State Bar
Proficiency in handling Business Litigation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrable ability to conduct thorough legal research
Demonstrable ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to resolve conflicts and disputes
Nice to have:
Court of Chancery experience
